The hotel rooms were a bit disappointing, being very humid even though downstairs was requested due to being handicapped. However, the amenities like the food, mini-fridge, pool, exercise room, hot tub, and dry sauna were impressive. The service was nice and helpful but unfortunately disturbed by outside noise. The location was beautiful and well-ventilated, meeting expectations in cleanliness and availability of items. The dining experience had its flaws with a lack of replenishment but was adequate in terms of food variety. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs.
